Rates for big business and large institutions

Below you find the hourly rates for big companies and large government institutions that hire me to coach their employees with Stress- & Burn-out Coaching, Outplacement, Competence Coaching, etc. 

 

The intake with the employee is done face-to-face or online in 30-90 minuten after which I write a tailor-made coaching proposal. This costs €99 + 21% btw per person.

After this the regular rate applies of €128 per 60 minutes (+ 21% btw) - billed per 15 minutes.

If needed we can discuss the goals and methodology with Management or HR of the company or institution. For a successful coaching however, confidentiality is crucial to allow the coaching client to speak freely. So he can show himself with all his doubts, strengths and weaknessesm etc. So: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas! In other words: I will not share the content of coachings sessions with 'the boss', unless the person concerned explicitly requests me to do so.
