For whom

People of all ages, backgrounds, colors, personalities can benefit from coaching. Maybe you are struggling with something, you are at a crossroads in your life, you are feeling a bit taken aback or you are low in energy. Coaching helps you to see clearly what it is all about so that you can take effective action to realize your dream or tackle your problem. With a healthy dose of motivation and a clear view you can do much more than you might think.

Coaching can be very powerful, but if you suffer from a serious mental illness (psychosis, major depression, etc.), you  better seek help from a qualified therapist or psychologist. In some cases we can also work on your coaching question in parallel.
