Outplacement

I offer (former) employees professional support in finding a new job that fits their skills, experience and preferences. We tailor-make the coaching trajectory for each client. Some  like to dive deep into career questions. Others prefer practical trainings to write a strong cv and focus on boosting their selfconfidence by thoroughly preparing together for job interviews. I offer the following Outplacement services:

  • Training to write a solid CV and motivation letter

  • Preparation for job interviews

  • Analysis of your strengths and weaknesses

  • Career coaching in all its forms

 

Outplacement trajectory

In a nutshell

We first look at where you are right now and where you want to go. We identify resources in your environment that will help you towards your goal and check for obstacles that might block you. You make a plan and go on your journey step by step.​

​​​Step 1: Intake conversation + Coaching Proposal

Every Outplacement trajectory starts with an intake conversation that you can book here. We see what you specific goals are and how I can support you. Afterwards you receive a coaching proposal that fits your goals and preferences.

Step 2: Your Outplacement begins

A typical outplacement trajectory takes 3-9 months. Weekly or biweekly conversations of 1.5-2 hours are the most effective way to make progress. If you want to maximize the impact of your coaching, I give you free assignment to reflect on at home or to experiment with. You can contact me a few times by Whatsapp to ask questions, share things, etc.
